Pixel Quest retro pixel art card template

In short

Pixel Quest is a Pro retro trading card template in Wallzy: a 16-bit RPG screen: pixel windows, segmented gauges, heart rarity and a dialogue box. It prints at the standard 63 × 88 mm, comes with 5 colour palettes and a matching Title screen back, and every part is a layer you can edit in your browser.

Pixel Quest is a 16-bit role-playing game screen. Every panel is a window with stepped pixel corners. There is a title window with a cursor, a level window, a status window with segmented gauges in classic game colours, and a dialogue box with a blinking arrow for the ability.

Rarity shows as pixel hearts and the power as a score. Turn on pixel art mode for your own sprites and they stay crisp at any size.

Included in the Pro and Studio plans. On the Free plan the editor shows it, and picking it offers the upgrade.

Colours and the back

Pixel Quest comes with 5 palettes: Classic RPG, Forest Dungeon, Lava Castle, Handheld, Arcade Pink. Pick one in one click, or set the seven colours yourself. A Look changes the palette, frame and lettering together.

Its matching back is Title screen, which follows the front's colours and shape. You can choose any other back, and add your set name, a tagline and a logo.

How to use it

  1. Open it in the editor. The button above starts the editor on Pixel Quest, with a sample card already filled in.
  2. Make it yours. Change the name, stats and words in the Text panel, add your picture in the Picture panel and pick a palette in Style.
  3. Download or print it. Make a free account to download a PNG, or with Pro a print PDF with bleed. See printing at home.

Every part of the template is a layer you can move, restyle or hide, so it is a starting point, not a form.
